Letter From The President

I welcome you to Compass Health and the opportunities ahead. Compass Health was formed in 2007 with the intent of focusing on the self-employed, small business, and individual markets (underage and senior) with ‘Best in Class” Companies and products in their respective disciplines. We believe we have accomplished this objective by providing you with the leading-edge Companies and products in their categories.
 

Of course, even great products don’t sell themselves. We have dedicated considerable resources supporting agent education, marketing, in-house graphic design, technology, and lead programs (including our own in-house Tele marketing facility), towards supporting your efforts.
 

Compensation is paramount as well. We take pride in watching our agents reach income thresholds they never thought possible – many times within their 1st year of service. Most of our products provide residual income paying compensation upon policy renewal, fostering an ever-increasing income stream as time goes on. 

The expression goes, “the harder I work – the luckier I get.” I believe the platform we have at Compass Health is the best an agent can have in the Health, Life & Specialty segments. About Us

The journey for Florida Health Group Inc. DBA Compass Health began in the fall of 2007 when two good friends who were long-time business colleagues came together with a vision.
 

Both were now South Florida locals who initially met prospective agents one by one to recruit, train, and build upon their vision.

Both came to the table with extensive successful experience in the industry.
 

The vision remains true from its inception: to build the Premiere Sales and Marketing Organization for agents in Florida. Compass Health offers an all-inclusive business model for our Agents with ‘Best in Class’ Partner Companies and products; Comprehensive Training and Sales Support; Marketing Co-op and In-house Tele Services for generating leads in tandem with leading edge technology.
 

From a cell phone and laptop in Starbucks to a Home Office with multiple store locations, the company has grown continuously with now having 16 Retail Store Locations and growing along with our Company Headquarters located in Tequesta, FL.
